There is only two possibilities for us to entertain a return claim:
The product you ordered was not as specified on the website and is in unused condition.
The product you ordered was delivered to you damaged.
Please check the product at the time of delivery for any faults or damage. We do not take liability for the
product after the product has been received and the delivery has been done. An item will not be returned for
cases where you change your mind about buying the product after delivery or any related cases of this sort. To
return an item there has to be a valid reason which will be reviewed and we hold all rights to decline any such
Request on our discretion.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link
under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once
we've received and processed the returned item.
If you wish to cancel an order, the first thing you should do is get in touch with us at 0321-2464646, in case
there is no possibility to call, let us know at the earliest possible by sending an e-mail to sales @ shoponline.pk
Cancellations made after product has been shipped will get refunds with shipping cost deducted.
Refunds are only available as store credit.
NOTE: for any product if you want to pay in advance kindly contact us before making any payment, due to any reason if we failed to deliver any listed product listed on our website. we will refund the amount which take approx 3 to 5 working days and customer have to bear all sides transaction charges. ( Mentioned Delivery time on product page is estimated time only )
we have rights to refuse any order and we have rights to change our policy without any notice. we have rights to take any legal action against customer if customer pressure us.
Digital products Special Note:
there is no claim of digital products once we deliver the digital products in digital form after delivery there is no return no refund no claim. we have rights to take legal action against customer if customer pressure us to replace, return , refund of digital products
